Katy Perry Soap Opera Starring Claire Danes, Christine Baranski, Jack McBrayer, James Corden

Diana Rolland / April 5, 2017

Last night, James Corden had more special guests join The Late Late Show, and this time, they performed a soap opera scene, with all dialogue composed of only Katy Perry song lyrics.

Corden was joined by Claire Danes, Christine Baranski, and Jack McBrayer, who acted out a wild skit about a threesome and cheating, quoting from Katy Perry’s repertoire of songs.

Claire Danes, the 37-year-old actress from New York is best known for her role in the teen drama television series, My So-Called Life, and Homeland, and in movies like, Little Women (1994), Romeo + Juliet (1996), The Rainmaker (1997), The Hours (2002), Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) and Stardust (2007).

Christine Baranski is a 64-year-old stage and screen actress, being involved in both Broadway and Hollywood. More recently, she has been in Law & Order, Ghost Whisperer, The Big Bang Theory, The Good Wife and she currently has a starring role in The Good Fight.

You might recognize Jack McBrayer as the guy from Mariah Carey’s 2008 music video for ‘Touch My Body’. He’s a 43-year-old actor, comedian, and voice actor, playing the voice in many animated TV series and films, such as Phineas and Ferb and Wreck-it-Ralph (2012).

The special guests also had a chance to sit down with the British host, as they discussed some of their most memorable party experiences.

Later on, Christine Baranski shared about her private lake house, and her many skinny dipping adventures. It seemed like Corden was the only one reluctant to try out skinny dipping, as both Claire and Jack were all for doing it.
